Production and Delivery

20. How long does a 3D printing order take?

Production time depends on the size and complexity of the parts, the number of items required, material availability, and our current workload.

Small, straightforward prints may be completed relatively quickly, while larger or more complex projects can take considerably longer.

We'll provide an estimated turnaround time when quoting for your project.

21. Do you offer urgent or express printing?

Urgent orders may be possible, depending on the project and our current workload.

If you have a deadline, please mention it when requesting your quote. We'll let you know whether we can accommodate your timescale before you commit to the order.

22. Do you offer collection or delivery?

Collection and delivery options can be discussed when arranging your order.

Please let us know your location and preferred delivery method when requesting a quote so we can confirm the available options and any associated costs.

23. What happens if my print fails?

Although we take care to prepare and print models appropriately, occasional printing issues can occur.

If a problem arises during production, we'll assess the situation and determine the appropriate next steps. Where a print does not meet the agreed requirements, we'll discuss the available options with you.

If you have specific concerns about fit, appearance, or functionality, raising them before production begins helps us establish clear expectations.

Every 3D printing project is different, and we're happy to discuss your requirements before you decide to order.
